Affiliates Program

By signing up to be an affiliate of Pot O' Gold, you are agreeing to the terms below:

• I verify that I am 18 years of age or older
• I am a legal resident of the United States
• Becoming an affiliate does NOT make me an employee of Pot O' Gold or grant me any benefits from employment
• I do not own or hold any rights to the customers I send to Pot O' Gold
• My affiliate acount may be terminated for any reason at the discression of Pot O' Gold
• The websites where I will be placing my affiliate links are morally clean and not of adult or illegal nature
• I am responsible for using the correct links generated on the Pot O' Gold website for my affiliate links
• I am responsible for updating links and making sure I am linking to products still available
• I do not hold Pot O' Gold or its suppliers responsible for missing or incorrect links
• I am responsible for any fees associated with my choice of payment option

Upon approval of affiliate status, Pot O' Gold agrees to the following:

• We will povide prompt fullfilment of orders
• We will treat any customers you send to our site equally
• We will do our best to make sure any customers you send to our store are credited to you as long as their continue using your links
• We will notify you of any major changes to our catelog (such as adding suppliers or removing entire product lines)
• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason
• We will provide payment tracking for you to see how much we owe you and when your payments are sent
• Our payouts will be at least once a month as long as your total payment is greater than $75
• Any fees incured during the payout process will be covered by the affiliate (for example: PayPal fees)
